There are many of these sites just started up now, in fact I know someone who just has one of those sites. You may need later your name of the site up top so people know who you are. You may wish to explain or describe what your site offers.

Think how would you make any money off a search engine vs. the high costs of running it (i.e. big hosting needed)? Look at the competition, do you think you could keep up with the tough competition out there that of Yahoo, Google, Alta Vista, etc. etc.?? Would you pay people for searching...

Hosting 99 cents per month, for how many sites and what bandwidth and space? Sounds good to me. The thing is you have to have people clicking on the ads or doing things like buying things on the site to make money out of the sites. And I did indeed make money on parked sites.

People can usually contact the owner of the domain via their WHOIS information on an email, they do not always have to even go through Sedo even though you may have it up there. They can go directly to the seller for the domain name. I used to be in Sedo.

That list is very long, do you have perhaps one or two domains that you'd like appraised by our members here? If so, perhaps have a separate topic for each domain name. There are domain appraisal software that a person can use I have used those in the past.
