The theme looks nice and relative to your niche. I think that your ads looks really bad. Also, too much of the "spinning-around-stuff". I say, focus more on content.

To be honest, it looks like one of those bullshit sites. I don't like that video starts without pressing play. It's disturbing. The video is very informative though. I have nothing to say about it design-wise, I believe you don't really care about that part.
