Google and Twitter made a deal that allowed Twitter’s database to index tweets and show them in the Google search results. This was impacting SEO in many ways. Now I am noticing this with Facebook pages as well.
Not sure how much I like the new profiles in search where Google+ integrates the search results. If someone is in your circle, Google will show them in the auto complete drop down.
