Two and one letter names can change hands. They just can't be allowed to expire, unless already registered with a drop-catcher registry parner (like Snapenames) who auto-renews it on the last day just to auction it off. Once "deleted" from pending-delete, they are gone forever. But, they change ownership as easy as any other domain.pranavbhat said:hey..according to me...2 letter domain names cannot be pushed or cannot change owners...that what i heard...not sure though...so check that niel...sorry didnt want to mess a sale here...but just wanted to warn!!

But I do have a question now, and that is what is the domain name? Is is be.net or xn--b1ag.net? I'm asking because when I copy what was posted by the owner, ВЕ.net, I get a listing for the IDN version of xn--b1ag.net!
