Alibaba Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center to submit a lawsuit, asking for ownership of the disputed domain name alibaba-cloud.com. Ali Baba's Ali cloud called the company to "Alibaba Cloud" and "Ali cloud" as a brand dedicated to cloud computing services. "Alibaba Cloud" was established in 2009, while alibaba-cloud.com domain in June 28, 2011 registration. Although the domain name has not been used, but according to ICANN policy, the reasons for the disputed domain name does not create any legal rights or interests. Alibaba that the disputed domain name holder registered the domain name in bad faith.
