Australian court has imposed a temporary ban on Thursday on the sale of the latest Tablet PCs for Samsung Electronics in Australia, thus giving rival Apple legal victory in the global conflict between the two companies on patents.

It may take months to adjudicate the case and destroy the chances of a device (Galaxy), new in the Australian market, a stronger competitor for the device (iPad) which is produced by Apple's dominant computer sales globally.

Ammeltan two companies are locked in a fierce battle of technology in ten countries on patents for smart mobile phones, Tablet PC since April, with focus on the conflict in Australia's technology touch screen used in the new Tablet PC (Galaxy) to Samsung.

The prohibition applies to sales of the Samsung Tablet PC (Galaxy 10.1) until the Court shall decide the same in the case of the patent.

The verdict comes after the success of the Australian legal endeavor for Apple to prevent Samsung from the sale of its agencies to the Tablet PC in Germany and some models of mobile smart phones in the Netherlands. It also comes before the hearings are important in the United States and South Korea.

Samsung and left open the option to appeal the ruling and said it will press ahead with her complaint against Apple over patents on wireless technology, Samsung.
