When building a website, carefully plan out the navigation and how content will be purposefully integrated and cross referenced. Be cautious not to create broken links, which generate “Page Not Found” error messages, which are a problem for search engines. When a site is redesigned and pages are renamed or moved around in the site structure, this can result in these errors. Check all links to make sure they are accurate and formatted correctly.
