can you install php and mysql??

i have this script, and a free hosting plan, that offers php, and mysql. the problem is, that i have absolutely no idea, (even after spending hours trying lol), how to upload this site, so that i can just add, and delete, and that kind of thing. I am looking for someone, to install this script for me, and i will pay them. To be upfront as well, i am looking to get this site installed as cheaply as possible, as i am just starting out in this website hosting buisness. If you think you may be able to help me out here, please either pm me, or leave a message here, either way, please let me know how much you charge. payment will be via paypal (verified member). The domain name, is already pointed toward the sites servers. once the site is up and running, i will pay you, and you can then send me the username and password, that way you are garunteed to get paid, and i will post here to let everyone know, that the job is completed, and you can post here that you have been paid.
