Anyone has information about how to develop a domain lease? I need information about this and if it is legal. Thanks

Domain lease; refers to when somebody is interested in your domain and you reached an aggrement to lease out the domain for a certain amount of money to be paid to you for a certain period of time or on monthly basis. It is very safe and legitimate provided you are holding your name server address and your whois address are intact in your account. That person can use the domain by changing the name server of the host in your registrant account. Cheers.
