editing many pages at the same time

does anyone know of a good program that i can use to find and replace html code in many html pages at the same time. it. find "<img.." and replace with "<img..2> in up to 1000 pages at a time.

i have cutehtml but it won't open more then 100 pages at a time, even through memory is no problem.
