Have you tried directory submmisions yet? Try it. It will give you a boost to start off with.

Yes I am done article submission.
I am write article and submit it 400 article directories.

Humm.... so you have done directories and articles. Then only some High PR link exchanges remains. Try link baiting ideas like free skins, free content etc. RSS feeds submissions also work. Try link exchange too. Along with forum postings that you are doing right now.

almost important note is written there.i would like to add one more thing.while u go for link exchange just take care abt number of link on that link page.if link page pr is 6 and 200 outbound links are there and other page with 4 pr and 20 or less links are there than go for pr4 link page it will be batter than pr6.b'coz if less out bound links are there than pr will less distrubuted and u will get more weightage of that link.

Very good point here. It should always be kept in mind that we don't want links from pages that already look like link farms or have too many links stuffed in it.

Also if you are the one who visited that page in early days of it. And right now you only see 5 - 10 links then also the possibilities are 190 more can be added to that page. Over here we cannot predict but you can atleast try and only link from the pages which have 5 - 10 links so even if 10% of them are going to be leeched in future you get proper boost from them in future also.

Otherwise someday in some google update you will see your PR is now decreasing.
