Just one small issue, this message annoys me "

Sorry, we cannot proceed because you did not enter a valid message.
Posts smaller then 100 characters are not considered. Please go back and try to be detailed in your posting. "

Now if you can complete your post within that and to the point it becomes cumbersome to post extra Material. So, it will help members if that was changed.

Cheers

Thanks energizer buddy for the the suggestion.

It was only recently added due to some abuse from members.

When they want an appraisal it is clearly stated to mention some more info and if they are selling a domain name then also they need to provide some more information like where it is registered, does it allows free push, how transfer will go on, what will be the payment mode, when does this domain name expire. etc.

In real when the seller mentions this information the buyers will be attracted more towards that deal.

But some people just write, "xxxname for sale"

And this post paddling had really hurt too much in the dealings on nameslot.com

It was used to be a 200 character threshold but I can also understand that it is a huge thing to ask so 100 characters just 12 to 15 words on an average is not so much to ask which also includes the spaces between that words.

Don't know if this is right or if this is wrong. But lets imagine you have made an excellent article and posted it here to get some backlinks for your site. One guy with 4 links in his sig comes and post "WOW"

Imagine the scenario. If they have nothing to input in the topic then it should atleast be a better post then just "WOW"

Recent posts that made us make this:
"Oops"
"Sry"
"Hey welcome"
"Okay"
"Got it"
"Hello"

We ban those users.

And that way it helps.

I know that it will be not a good thing to ban a user. But if he is not even spending the time to read the rules then he or she doesn't have the privilege to post on this forum. Because over here I am spending the hosting money and the marketing money to keep this forum alive. Moreover the staff also needs some payments in future if they are giving their dedicated time on this forum.

Thanks.
