So here we go again, its been a long time since I have been on here due to several, TDY's, and other things regarding work. so I'm back on here for the first time in forever....
I currently eat about 3064 calories. I am 5'10" 250.5LBS 34% BF (yes I know its pitiful), and I consume 310g of Protein, and 312 carbs per day. When i returned from my last trip away from home, I was 270LBS. how I got down so fast was I was on hydroxycut and only eating 1600 calories, and burning off a lot of the calories, pretty much all of them, and losing weight and muscle. At one point about a few days ago, I was 245LBS, and this past friday I came home from work, and binge ate a lot of crap I shouldn't have. I would like to get down to 195LBS. I will run down what I eat throughout the day...
in the morning, I take my first serving of Hydroxycut Hardcore, 30-60mins prior to breakfast. I usually eat after 20mins, because of my stomach being empty, and that stimulants kick my ass if I wait any longer.
Meal:1
2 Pks of quaker strawberry oatmeal
6 boiled eggs (4 of them are whole, and the other 2 are just the whites)
44oz of water
Mid Morning Snack:
Nature Valley Honey N' Oats granola bar or Yoplait light fat free yogurt.
Meals for the rest of the day:
8 Oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
1 Cup of steamed rice
And about 1 1/2 cup of Dole Cherry Almond Bleu Salad every now and then, basically whenever my wife buys it, which might be once or twice a month.
for the other meals throughout the day, I usually eat about every 2-3 hours, chicken and rice. Have not thrown in anything else due to the fact that what I am doing now is working pretty good. and before work, I work in the evening, I go to the gym for 2 hours. the first hour is weights, and the last hour is cardio on the eliptical for 60 mins. so I burn off around 1300 calories.
I enjoy the foods because I season the chicken with Teryaki, garlic powder, and pepper, because i'm not trying to get into a contest, but to at least eat clean. So if any of you have any awesome suggestions, then your help is greatly appreciated.
