Noisy Condo Tenants

I do not think it would be so bad when I walked into Neo at Concord City Place and a half years. I think most of the units around my apartment is occupied by tenants. The worst part is the teen and dog living above me. The constant bouncing a ball hard on my ceiling when you play with the dog and they invite the guys bouncing a basketball around, not to mention the noise of their parts. When security asked them to stop, they continued to increase significantly the noise all day and it has become much worse since. As security has no way to convince these people to be reasonable, and the police never show up is there any legal options I can try?

I won’t suggest you to take any legal action against these tenants because even if they leave, you might face even worst problems with some other tenants and how long are you going to fight this battle. Take note in the condo bylaws that the pet registration is a requirement. Owners can requisition a meeting to address major problems with the Board of Directors. If the meeting fails to resolve the matter(s) owners can requisition another meeting to put the Board out, or a problem BoD member and then vote in a new BoD or BoD member.
