PHP Programmer that know IMAP/POP3

I'm looking for some PHP programming help and you should know IMAP, POP3, and perhaps the HOARD Framework.

Update: I posted a message on another forum and have started getting some replies from programmers. I am really looking for people that are interested in a PARTNERSHIP arrangement. We share the work and the resources needed to develop a site or product and then share in the profits as equal owners. If you are interested, please contact me for more information.
