Questions about my client's website

I'm desperate. For a year, I have this project I am working for my clients. A sure time, I wanted his site to rank as number. Regrettably I have not completed it yet. I have not had success, but although I have a giant label, quality links, lovely PR & older domains. My client competitors are already going on. It is hard for me to understand what is happening. Are you able to help me by giving ideas on this? What am I able to do for my client's site? I am afraid you think you have made a mistake hiring me.

question about my client's is that one spinner is there and he want to change font size and color in spinner but i dont know how i can change that in andorid so i search in this website
