Whether a high search engine page ranking is really essential to the health of a niche internet marketing business is a question that is often asked and can be a belief that those new to online marketing pursue as some kind of nirvana. The thinking that unless the first page of Google is attained for a particular keyword or phrase then you might as well stop is not entirely accurate. A recurring problem is that many who are interested in starting an internet business believe that they need a top search engine ranking to achieve success though the problem can be the imaginary barrier that is erected and has them thinking that it is virtually impossible to achieve this.
