A query is simply a name for the word or two that people will type into a search engine box when they are looking for something specific on a popular search engine like Google or MSN. The fundamental components of these queries are called "keywords" as they are the simple every day terms that people use to look for products and services. The major search engines note these words in database records that on the major engines such as Google and Overture can be accessed for free. This allows you to determine the popularity of a keyword simply by looking up its ranking or the number of "hits" it has had on a keyword inventory tool.

I have some questions. My client has three or four businesses that are interlinked. These are also related to each other. He asked me to create four different websites on four different domains. He also asked me to have a unique domain that is coupled with a homepage that has four categories, which links t the said domains for each of his business. I am not quite sure about doing this. In my opinion, this will be against Google’s policies. I think this may break some rules. Is there anyone who can enlighten me? I hope you can share your inputs and opinion with me. I am expecting to hear from you, guys.
