When you are starting out domaining if its by accident or you are looking to start this as a career and making money. You should do your market and research the market in which you are trying make a break into.
Market research is very important, You have to research your car before you buy, your house and everything. Domains are similar, sometimes domains are great to hang on to for a while. But you need to do your research to get the best domains at a great price and sell them to end users for higher prices.
Persoanlly, I have never had great success selling to a small company or small business because they work to hard under the website they have created on the domain name they registered and they will most of the time delete.
