Manas offer an accurate Steam Flow Meter by using ASME algorithm to calculate exact quantity of steam in spite of pressure variation. Our steam flow meter is orifice based with measurement of Differential Pressure, Flowing Pressure and Steam Temperature. This is useful to compensate for the variations in Pressure and Temperature. These Meters are also known as pressure temperature compensated Steam Flow Meters. They can detect the type of steam i.e. Saturated or Superheated, and compute for correct density of steam. Various sizes from DN25 to DN300 are available with IBR certificate. Complete system containing IBR isolation valve, impulse line, IBR condensing pots, D.P. Transmitter, Pressure Transmitter, Mass flow computing unit etc. is available. Only mass flow computing unit also can be made available on request.
