* Deep breathing - taking deep, slow breaths rather than the shallow, fast breathing we feel when we are stressed. This really works physiologically to help shut off the danger alarm.
* Muscular relaxation - tensing and relaxing various muscle groups can work wonders. Try your neck and shoulders, your shoulder blades, your forehead and eyes, tensing these groups for a few seconds, then relaxing them. You can also combine this with deep breathing by inhaling while you tense, then exhaling when you relax the muscles. There are more sophisticated versions of these muscular methods, like the shower of relaxation and progressive relaxation.
* Visualization - imagine a very peaceful scene, like laying on the beach, out in a fishing boat on a lake, in a mountain cabin or whatever. It can be a real place or you can make it up. Try to invoke all your senses as you imagine being in this very peaceful, relaxing place. What do you see? What sounds are there? What sensations of touch, temperature or smell? For example, you might imagine the sun on your skin, the cool breeze on your forehead, the salt tang of the ocean, the grit of the sand.
 
Viscoelastic materials have the properties of both viscous and elastic materials and can be modeled by combining elements that represent these characteristics. One viscoelastic model, called the Maxwell model predicts behavior akin to a spring (elastic element) being in series with a dashpot (viscous element), while the Voigt model places these elements in parallel. Although the Maxwell model is good at predicting stress relaxation, it is fairly poor at predicting creep. On the other hand, the Voigt model is good at predicting creep but rather poor at predicting stress relaxation. The most accurate of the viscoelastic models is the Standard Linear Solid model, which combines the characteristics of both the Maxwell and Voigt models to display both creep and stress relaxation (See Viscoelasticity).

Over stress open the door for many diseases. To manage its levels, always get up early in the morning, as it help to get enough time to enjoy a cup of coffee or to eat properly. This really help you to start your day happily and focus on work.
 
Stress is really very harmful for our health. To relieve stress, get up early in the morning and do some exercise. You should also do yoga and meditation. Get enough rest and also eat well. You can also talk about your problems with friends. Take a sound sleep.
 
According to me for the stress relax you have to do some yoga, exercise and morning walk, it helps to reduce the stress. you also have to live in the positive atmosphere it helps to reduce the stress.
 
Stress can cause so many physical and mental health related problem. We must stay away from stress. Always be joyful and cheerful. Whenever you feel stress you should do some activities in which you are interested like listening to music,playing games,watching movies etc. Exercise is also helpful to reduce stress.
 
If you are feeling stress or depression, so you just do some yoga exercise or meditation. Both are great stress reliever. You can also get some massage therapy for reducing stress. Another best way to reduce stress is laughing. So, keep smiling a lot.
