Since I work in the industry, I have seen few directory lists posted here, but not the original one. Most of the others posted actually draw the data from it:

This is the most updated list of SEO friendly and free directories only, with live community and updates almost every day (on the forum only, the excel sheet is being updated less often from obvious reasons).
As anyone who every submitted a site somewhere knows, updated list is absolutely crucial, as directories expire, change, die and are established everyday. Nothing is as frustrating as navigating through an entire directory structure, hitting the submit button, only to find out they are no more free but paid, or SEO un-friendly, and when that happens in more than 50% cases..... well... I said updates are crucial
