Here we go again. I'm a fat man, but not that really big you think. I was focusing on biking and sit ups for making my belly burn calories faster. Also diet, i just eat rice a little and more on dish.  I don't know if this weight loss is effective, right know i didn't feel that i'm doing weight loss. I started this like 1 and a half weeks. Why i cant feel it? i think its because 1 and a half week is  just a starting days, and its not that fast to get weight loss.
 
There are several ways to reduce weight quickly.Exercise plays major role in reducing weight quickly.Yoga,Running,Swimming and Walking are very helpful to lose weight,so do exercise regularly.Fruits and green vegetable are also best for getting best results to get rid of it.Drink more water everyday and avoid oily food.
