Hi Denyspautra, thanks for your reply. As mentioned above, I was offered euros2,100 by a Russian real estate agent, but he had to withdraw due to business reasons. So my latest offer is at Euros 1,400. This is not 100% sure so please feel free to make me an offer. Bare in mind, this domain is 8 years old now and is considered a very good domain as 99% of potential clients searching for a property in Cyprus will type 'Cyprusproperty' in all search engines.

Anyway, I'll wait to here from you with your offer and we'll go from there.
