Recently there were lots of sites , forums , blogs which were shut due to Trademark Infringement Issues in the Domain name...

Yes The UDRP is very strict in these issues...

Before you register a domain and start working hard to get it popular do check the Domain name for any Trademark Issues..

Now the question is where do you look for it..

Go the link below and search for Trademarks which could be there in your domain if there is a Trademark Registered for the Domain
Only Indian Trademarks Can be searched..
