You should have mentioned where the domain name is registered or what is is expiry date. Does it has somee traffic? If yes then how much approximately. Does it has backlinks? Is it DMOZ listed or something that the new owner can be proud of. Its expiry date. Its creation date. etc. also gives the buyer some things to think of.

I don't know but this could surely help you sell the domain sometimes. If you mention some more details about it.
