I just registered www.wcaj.com. I'd like to call it "web code and junk". Sounds catchy. But I'm having trouble with the developing. Not the best coder. Need a good free script or forum with custom skin. Not exactly sure where to begin.

Xoops is the thing that can do the trick.
For more custom solution you might want to take a look at:

It has scripts that can make a script repository and code base.
