Recent i think is a good ideea to start a websites/marketplace for webmasters or just simple people that have or websites.
Thought to be an attractive yet simple design.
The menu is not complicated functions are quite simple.
I also find it more brandable domain name
Even if at first I hope to grow over time - will suffer changes over time (I hope in max.3-4 months) you will benefit from a custom script or even adding new functions: appraisal own parkings areas check owners etc. ..
