I heard somewhere that clocking and doorway pages are blackhat seo technique and i had read more about it but i did get it so please tell me about those.

These two methods are black hat.Cloaking and making doorway pages are unethical. Doing such tricks will get you penalized.Doorway pages are been designed primarily for search engines,not for human beings. Doorway pages are created to do well for particular phrases.Clocking technique is for content of the website is showing different for users and search engines at a given point of time.
