An inode is where a UNIX-style program stores details about files in the program. Each submit in the program is associated with one of these nodes, which keeps track of details like possession, authorizations, and submit form. Inodes are determined by numbers. Usually about 1 percent of the storage space capacity of a submit program is used for this kind of storage space.
