Which is the best Blog Backlinks Vs. Forum Backlinks ?

I've just started building links to one of my websites and while doing this I've noticed that I can get more good links from blog pages with PR5,4,3 than from forums with PR0 (a lot of threads have PR0). What I ment is if a blog has PR6 and the page where I'm posting has PR5 is much better then a PR6 forum with PR0 posting page.
I want to know which is best Forum back link or blog back link please explain me
