Which one is better?

hello,

i have seen on some sites that they have given the page name with capital letters for ex: Abcd.html so i want to know that which one is better as far as SEO is concerned. should we go for abcd.html or can we give Abcd.html.

Well I have seen some articles where they say that No Capital letters in the URL. But I am still using it in this forum itself.

For me it changes nothing.

Some articles suggest that remove ?tid=123 etc and make them into .htm and .php

But if you see then DP forums is also having tid=123 like thing.

And the most hilarious thing is that when you search google with "SEO URL capital or not" then you will see some top results which themselves have Capital letters in the URL.

My vote goes that it doesn't matters if it is capital or not.
