Why only Google for SEO?

Many search engines are available in on the web but most of the webmasters are using Google. I want to know that why webmasters are emphasizing on Google for doing SEO and why not other search engines? And, how they do SEO effectively only in Google and get the result?

Google alone search market share is above 65%. By doing seo for google you get a share of 65%. In the rest % Bing+Yahoo have more share. Most of the remaining search engines use Google. You can also target Bing+Yahoo.

Reasons to focus on Google is that, it contains maximum searches and traffic. So, if you get good rankings on Google, no doubt you will also get good traffic. So, my main focus is on Google. Mainly Google like quality links from different SEO sources, so focus on this to achieve high rankings in Google
