Both Master-Recipes.com and Chocolate-Cream.com are for sale.
Master-recipes.com is a relatively new domain, and has a large number of recipes ready to be posted on the site.
My aim was to assemble a recipe book to go with the site, which could be sold via Paypal or Clickbank.
If I found the right buyer I would be prepared to still do this, possibly on a profit share basis.
As it's a new site, I am not claiming traffic or income for it.
www.Chocolate-cream.com is over three years old, and is on an established website that comes with the beginnings of an ebook about chocolate.
This ebook could be developed with the right buyer, possibly on a profit share basis if they wish, or I could include all the files and they can do the rest of the work themselves, and keep 100% of the profit!
This sale includes:
CHOCOLATE-CREAM.BIZ (regd until 4/18/2011)
CHOCOLATE-CREAM.COM (regd until 10/20/2010)
CHOCOLATE-CREAM.INFO (regd until 4/19/2011)
CHOCOLATE-CREAM.NET (regd until 4/19/2011)
This means that the end user of chocolate-cream.com would never have to worry about competitors watering down the effectiveness of the domain.
I'm prepared to include Master-Recipes.com with Chocolate-Cream.com as a package deal to the right person.
This would enable them to establish them selves in the food niche.
I'm not asking a fortune for these domains, and am quite prepared to negotiate the price, conditions etc.
The sale will include hosting for the established sites for a period of 30 days. If the buyer needed longer this could be arranged.
The sites are presently built on the wordpress platform.
What would you do with so many domains about chocolate?
Well, some ideas might be to use the .info as a test site for ideas before going live on the .com one, the .net site could be used for a chocolate forum, or you could just park them and collect money from adsense!
Or, you could further develop them and resell later!
