Yahoo PPC Billing?

I have been trying to find this out but could not figure it out. how does yahoo handle the billing for campaingns?
Is it like Adwords where you can put money into an account or is it different?
i have worked with both Adwords and MSN adcenter but heard that yahoo is different?

Could someone inform on this?
