Advice on selling a Domain name

I am in possession of two domain names called Nikolamotors.com and Nikolamotors.net. I have no need for the domain names as my companies name has changed. I approached a large Electric Hybrid company that makes Electric tracker trailers. The name of their company is Nikola Motor Company. Their Domain name is Nikolamotor.com. I believe having the name Nikola Motors will drastically improve their companies branding as it will allow them to use a shorter, sleeker and easier name to remember than Nikola Motor Company. So my question is since this may have a potential impact on their company image is it unreasonable to charge a Highly premium rate for the names. Thinking in the neighborhood of $72,000.
