I am using mobile Alactel 0t-708 when I am switch on mobile then mobile show "Quota usage warning" and countdown 10 to 0. I am bit worry about my mobile. Kindly solve my problem.

Your problem is that when ever you switch on your mobile it gives a message "quota usage warning" with second’s countdown to 10.You can generally click "ok" and you can able to work you can call, send sms etc but the only thing you cannot use the camera or record video or sound anymore it will warn that the “module not ready" if you don’t want to use any other applications in your mobile you can just use the mobile there is no need to overcome any techniques. But you want to use the applications then you want to format your mobile with the help of master reset code if you are clear in knowing master reset code you can proceed it otherwise I suggest you to visit a website named http://www.prounlocking.com/ where they provides master reset card for any selected mobiles.

Just flash the operating system in your mobile to rectify all the issues in mobile.
