Anyone have their tenants using "Bill Pay" to electronically pay rent?

My tenant has recently asked my bank info so he can make electronic payment of rent. I guess he will need my routing number / account number. I am reluctant to give without first consulting here. Everyone knows the pro's & con potential in this?
