I think the domain name is an average one but with good keywords.
If I were in your place I would not have based its value on its domain but would have based it value on its website [i.e. Blog in this case.]
Your website has just started and if you keep on writing some very good unique content on it and keep on getting good links for it. Then I think in some months it will be generating nice revenue.
The buyers pay around 12 to 24 months of revenue approximately.
