Customized Voteing / Rateing / Review script? Wanted

I'm wondering if anyone can give me a quote on providing a customizable, or customized Voteing script that is easy to install or can be installed for me.


I want something that allows users to upload ideas to be voted on.
And allows for comments to be left by other users.

I also need some other tweaks/customizations to the script.

Please post what you think this would cost below and where I can have this done.

Humm.... can't a simple forum software do the trick? Means with polls and posts you can get the functionality of Voting and Comments
