please appraise my website ... i have Google PR3 ... and on www.checkpagerank.net ... it says that with PR3 and 40 unique visits per day i should get somewhere around 400$ ... this does not includes the name ...
so what do you think ?

From what I see it is not getting $400 for it.

Don't get offended but that is the truth. Your site is PR 3 and if this does not include the domain name then I don't know what is for sale.

If it doesn't includes the domain then was it the appraisal for the script that is running on this domain name?

To me that script which is on that domain name also doesn't looks like it can sell for $5.

Can you be more specific and explain how someone is saying you can get $400 without selling the domain name.

I was confused as you mentioned in your first post while opening this thread that this is the value without the domain name.

If I were to buy this domain name then based on its PR and the backlinks that are 1200+ I would give Low $xxx. That can be anything around $100 or so.
