1.define pointer variable *a assign null value to it
2.then define variable that (example n) to store size of arrays input by a user.
3. save pointer in variable a allocate array using new opreater.(a=new int[n])
4.then u need loop for up to n numbers to initialize element(for(int i=0;i,n;i++)
{
a=0;
}
this will initialize all elements.
and finally you can free memory that is used by pointer.
by delete[]a;
this way you can create array dynamically
