Is the a 30 day risk free policy for medical alert systems?

We really need to get my elderly parents a medical alert system. They both have had health issues in the past, and I want them to be able to get help if anything happens to either of them. If I purchase one and then change my mind about it, is there a time period where I can get a full refund on the system?
