Keyword in Username

If I use my keyword as my username for posting on forums, web.2 site, and also article directories . Will that have any effect on SERP for that keyword?

It is proven that if I put the user name key post in the forum site? Can do a search results page for that keyword to increase? I do not think I can understand. What are you doing "user name " you are trying to make it a keyword or keywords entered by the user name. I think you can do, the keywords you want ... but what is the point?
