I am new for link exchange, please tell me what i do when before link exchange, I mean what quality i review in that link by whom I am exchanging link.

1. no more then 50 out bound links on a page where your link placed on other site.
2. At least page rank 2 or higher where your link placed in other site.
3. your link should must do-follow attribute.

2.Link exchanging with new websites, with decent Google ranking at first, but bears quality contents and is well optimized, is also an excellent option for exchanging-links, since new websites bears less outgoing links than the old websites.
3. While exchanging links for homepage of your website, also try to exchange links for sub-pages of it, for better ranking for that particular sub-page.

This is a much better way or organizing your links for both your visitors and your link partners. If you just have one huge page of links in no order, most webmasters will not approve your link exchange request.
