musdir.com domain name PR1

I currently own this domain name: musdir.com for about a year already. It currently has PR1. I'm thinking of developing a music directory / business directory site but i could not find the time. How much do you think it worth if i decide to sell the domain name?

well this domain name is a great one for music directory.
the vaule of it right now may be Mid $xx to low $xxx. but it can be more benificial to develop it. it is a nice name.

yeah the domain name is developable one. I don't think you will get more then $xx for it if it is undeveloped.

The domain name is one year old and it has a PR.
The name is developable one so i don't think you will get any probs to sell it in $xx to low $xxx. but if you want more out of it.
Then you surely have to prove the stats andd the income from it.
