My browsers does not refresh?

Hi guys

I have this strange problem.
When I press the refresh button of FireFox, Safari, Google Chrome and MSIE it wont show the updated page?
For example when I modified the index.php and added some content it doesn't appear when I refresh my browser. :wtf:

Actually sometimes it show the update but often it won't.
By the way I'm using Licensed Trend Micro, is this spyware?

Why is this? and how to solve this?

Maybe you should update it or the browser crash down that's why you didn't see the changes that you did.

I think that you should try to reinstall the browser. Good luck.

I think you need to uninstall your old browser and install the new one.
