I've always used Norton for as long as I can remember but I kind of had a feeling that it has "hidden agendas," like downloading stuff that I'm not aware of. A friend of mine recommended Avast, so I downloaded it for free. I'm actually pretty happy with it because it's efficient, effective, updates itself in a timely manner. I've been using it for a year now.

I have many computer systems at my office and at home and i use many antivirus softwares.
such as Quickheal, Avg, Norton and Avast.
but I am very much satisfied with the performance of Avast.

AVG free edition works fine for me, just like Avira does. At this moment I am totally satisfied with both. I have heard good reviews about Avast, so in case that I will encounter some problems with the above two, I will try it out as well.
