Need help apraising fan site.

Hi Guys, I was thinking about selling this site, but I'm not sure what it's worth, so before I post the actual for sale thread anywhere I'll post the details and perhaps y'all can fill me in on what you think it's worth:

URL: How I Met Your Mother

Age of site (months): 3 or 4.

Monthly revenue:$25-30/month from link sales and some adsense.

Revenue details: text links and adsense

Monthly unique visitors: 1500 - 6000. I know it's a broad range but we get 50-200+ uniques a day. Mondays and Tuesdays of course being the busier days since the show is on Monday nights.

Monthly page views: 16,000+

Traffic details: Mostly SE, some referrals. a few of the members have their own fan sites and have linked back to us.

Description: Fan site dedicated to new CBS hit tv show "How I Met Your Mother" featuring Neil Patrick Harris (doogie howser) and Alyson Hannigan (American Pie, Buffy, etc).

I see that your site has traffic, that is defeneatly a good thing. It's kind of hard for me to appraise the name, especially because the tv show is not broadcasted in Romania, so I don't know anything about it, or about it's popularity. Giving the fact that it's getting some good traffic, with the right buyer you could easily sell it for $xxx .

well the show itself is getting about 7.2million viewers per episode, very good and it signed again for another season. I'm thinking it will have more value next year though.
