stuffdaily.com - PR3 with its internal directory located at stuffdaily.com/directory/

Expect no revenue, traffic via awstats 500 unique visitor/day,
registered via Registerfly but transferred to godaddy
date I register the domain:2006-01-07
date expiration: 2009-01-07

reason for selling: hosting fee, cannot anymore fund the host since the directory is free and ads are not in anyway worth mentioning.

it's OK as log as you have licenses, and it's also OK if your site s are not selling illegal things
